ARSS MANAGEMENT

In addition to our Whole‐Time Directors, following are our key managerial personnel. All of our key managerial employees are permanent employees of our Company.

Mr. Sunil Agarwal, aged 34 years, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Utkal University. He has 11 years of work experience in the field of construction. He has joined our Company in April, 2005. Before joining our Company, he was associated with M/s Hindustan Construction, M/s ARSS Construction Company and M/s ARSS Engineering and Technology.

Mr. Anil Agarwal, aged 41 years, is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Berhampur University. He has 15 years of work experience in railway and road projects. He has joined our Company on April 1, 2006.

Mr. S. K. Singla, aged 46 years, is the Vice President (Project Head) of our Company. He is qualified Engineer(B.Tech (Civil). He has 16 years of work experience in the field of civil engineering. Before joining our Company, he was working with M/s Hindustan Construction. He has joined our Company on July 1, 2006.

Mr. Jitu Mishra (Vice President-H.R)-Aged 37 years,he is the Group Head of the Human Resources Department. Backed by a strong experience of over 14 years in companies of repute like Vedanta Group, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd and NMDC Ltd, he is responsible for all HR functions including Strategic Planning, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Recruitment, PMS, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and Systems and managing employee relations and engagement . Mr. Mishra graduated from Utkal University in Bhubaneshwar with a degree in Science and Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Prior to accepting this position, he was heading Corporate HR in DSC Ltd.

Mr. Mishra has a proven track record of success in the field of Strategic HR, Policy Formulation and Talent Acquisition and Retention,  which will be invaluable in meeting the Organizational Goals and Objectives.

Mr. Balvir Singh (Executive Vice President-Northern Region)-Aged 49 years, he heads the operations of the Northern Region for the Company. Mr. Singh is a Graduate Civil Engineer and also possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration .With a rich experience of over 26 years in Project Planning, Execution & Control. Mr. Singh spearheads the projects of the Northern Region and his contributions in the field of construction is highly commendable.

Mr. Singh has worked in Companies of repute like IRCON, STUP, Somdatt, Intertoll and PNC. Prior to accepting this position, he was working as Sr. Vice President-Projects in DSC Ltd..

Mr. Y Rama Rao, aged 73 years, is Advisor to the Engineering Section of our Company. He is a science graduate from Utkal University with specialization and degree in civil engineering Utkal University. He holds LLB degree from Utkal University. He has 48 years of work experience in the field of Engineering. Before joining our Company, he has worked as Chief Engineer with the Department of water resources, Goverment of Orissa. He has joined our Company on April 1, 2007.

Mr. Bijay Kumar Sahoo, aged 66 years, is the Chief Engineer(Works) of our Company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil and Municipal Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Burla. He was previously employed with Government of Orissa as a Senior Inspector, Weight & Measures. He has also worked as a Construction Management Expert on a project of "Minor Irrigation in Orissa", Bhubaneswar. He was employed as a Senior Manager(Civil) by the Orissa Construction Corporation Limited. He has joined our Company on Novemeber 7, 2006.

Mr. Abhishek Jajoo, aged 27 years, is the Southern Head of our Company. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Gujarat University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 2 years of work experience in the field of finance. He was previously employed with Infosys BPO Limited as a Senior Associate. He is also qualified as a CISA(Certified Information system Auditor). He has joined our Company on September 15, 2007.

Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Singh, aged 38 years, is the General Manager (Finance and Accounts) of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Utkal University, orissa and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 6 years of work experience in the field of finance. he was previously employed with Kwality Milk Foods Private Limited as a Manager (F & A). He was a partner of Messrs. K. C. Jena & Company, a firm of Chartered Accountants. he has joined our Company on August 1, 2007.

Mr. S. P. Dash, aged 36 years, is the General Manager(Contracts) and Head of the tendering department of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Utkal University. He has 4 years of work experience in the field of accountancy and 8 years in the field of tendering. He was previously employed with Messrs. K. C. Jena and Company, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Messrs. C. R. Swain a construction firm. He has joined our Company on Septemebt 1, 2003.

Mr. M. M. Singh, aged 37 years, is the Senior Manager(Maintenance) of our Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Arts from Utkal University. He was previously employed at NALCO. He has been associated with our Company since its inception and joined on September 1, 2003.

Mr. Subrata Chaudhary, aged 68 years, is the Senior Track Engineer of our Company. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from West Bengal University. He has been working in our Company since past two years. He was previously employed with South Eastern Railway as an Assistant Inspector of works. he held various designations in the field of Sectional Engineering(P Way). He has joined our Company from December 1, 2005.
